Popular culture is an extension of a unison personality, created by a mix of patterned behaviors and the youth. Culture in a sense of its purpose, is its power to emulate information of popularity. If it is not revolutionary and can cause shifts it can't fulfill that void. The youth expands the potential and attributes of "The Culture" almost every generation from the last 30+ years. Younger people bring evolution to the years before them, keeping the climate ever changing & fresh. Yet by their lack of experience and longevity in life, their whole approach and package cannot be grasped; it isn't stable, perhaps can be too vulgar/childish, and loss of structured veteran beauty.
A replication of the youths interests alone cannot create this feeling nor can an entity of complete futuristic ideas of design that not many have heard of. The formula now is to combine both energies if you will, and put it into the ether of something refreshing but catching to the relation of what is hot to the young people, while at the same time fully knowing once it reaches the broad public and everyone is apart of the arts movement, it is already dying and something anew must begin.

It's not an elite group of few who create this medium. Everyone molds it but the ones with the most influence hail from places that never leave the culture; music, entertainment industry, fashion, technology. These are the main groups that keep a weather eye on the trends that the young folks created themselves.
In 2020 though, we have succumb to the depths of internet spiraled saturation of all subjects within the human behavior. No origin or core of focused accouterments. The direct result from this has surfaced all sorts of human behaviors to mix within, seemingly making the culture look overstimulated and confused on what to be. Thus creating the warp and high volume voice of "woke" culture. Not feeding into the high volume trends of pattern and annoyance IS THE TREND>>. It is conceivable that the birthplace of the internet [America] made its people churn its head from the masses of this machine made culture quicker than other countries (just a theory) and the design/art aesthetic pieces of this is a fabulous representation of the blank canvas restart button.

The youth are searching now, for more meaning within the confines of the fog. Too much in the face causes a step back and rebellion against the following path. The effort to look for truth and what is real. This is the future (present?). Speaking solely on design terms: minimalism, warm, simple.
For a completely different subject we could get into at a later date, "woke" culture has its benefits & of course has its downfalls just as nearly anything would once it reaches its pinnacle of existence.
