Anita Rose in the midst of finishing a piece.

Anita Rose is from the outer city of Denver with an origin of complete sporadic talent when it comes to painting. She had to overcome drinking to produce infectious material like this one you see here. Its an inspiring thing seeing someone triumph outside of their habits by doing what they love to do and portray those battles/emotions onto a canvas.

"I always see color schemes in my head and i don't even know where they come from."

She explains that the product never comes to her fully with a vision or end goal. Anita just moves her hand swiftly across the white and it creates itself. As she was going through intense phases in her life, whether that be a break up or just feeling heavy negative emotion, it was relayed like a story to herself subconsciously.

"Naturally, whenever i was going through a tough time in my life the tones in my paintings would be dark. Not aware that i was painting my life story."
