Chandler Watson is a sketch/draw artist from Swartz Creek MI who has an edge to the print and ink of his pieces. Very bold lines, hard cut, and intricate. A common theme of horror was in the forefront of his past mindset work. Chandler has helped local brands like the infamous TAKINALLBETS on projects with apparel ideas and concepts. These faces below are a portrayal of the work 1 year+ ago.

Chandler has graduated high school and now goes to college for mechanical engineering currently. With this chapter of new neural pathways of learning hes expanded the approach of his art into what looks like 3D blueprints for a futuristic floating building/face/world. That description is probably the best i can give. Taking more STEM concepts he puts it that his art has become more "angular and science inspired" which is intriguing.

A manifestation of a group of ideas put together but displayed beautifully, at first glance its like one of those wheres Waldo images but in a mass array of objects...waldo isn't here. From my perspective these works can explain something about Chandler and his personality as well. Perhaps the middle one whether it was intentional or not can tell us that hes very curious about his own potential and what he can do, pushing boundaries a little bit while knowing the "risk" of the pressure upon hmm could be his own pressure to do great or society, or even to make loved ones proud.

This is why when an artist embraces these new paths it can relieve blocks of creativity and hopelessness into the void. A very warm comforting feeling indeed.

Chandler plans on putting his drawings on clothing in due time, with color palettes chosen and bundles picked. For now hes focused on just creating and succeeding personally as he continues to build his legacy.

"They come from a culmination of my ideas, thoughts and emotions combined with what my mind thinks is visual appealing. Sometimes I have a overall concept but most of my drawings really come from me just free-handing different techniques and usually by the end i can distinctly see that they are am extension of my thoughts, ideas and emotions.

I'm very critical about what i like to see in my own art and i have noticed that my art style is always changing and it is becoming more representative of how i perceive the world."
